- In the sense of account management, you support our client advisors in the care of external asset managers (primarily Team Liechtenstein).
- You independently and responsibly handle the operational day-to-day business (e.g. appointment preparation, responding to client orders, stock exchange transactions, account openings, payment transactions, etc.).
- Your ideas are in demand as you proactively contribute improvement suggestions and participate in exciting projects to further develop our "EAM Powerhouse".
- You are the first point of contact for our clients - by phone and in writing - and ensure professional and service-oriented communication.
Your Education and Experience:
- You have completed commercial banking training or have several years of banking experience with a CYP qualification.
- Existing experience in servicing professional banking clients is advantageous.
- You communicate flawlessly in German and English.
- Avaloq as well as very good MS Office skills and an SAQ certification are advantageous.
