Responsibilities:

• You manage the financial aspects of research and third-party funded projects throughout the entire project cycle - from planning to financial completion.

• Preparing project-related financial reports according to the requirements of national and international funding bodies is part of your duties.

• You advise decentralised organisational units and project managers on budget issues, financial control, and accounting.

• As the interface to external auditors, you ensure structured information exchange and coordination of relevant topics.

Qualifications:

• Your professional foundation is a business administration degree with a focus on finance and controlling or a commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training.

• You bring practical experience in financial and project reporting, ideally from a university or a comparable organisation.

• You are confident in using Excel and SAP financial applications, especially SAP S/4HANA.

• You analyse complex issues carefully and handle tasks independently and in a structured manner.

• You have fluent German language skills.
