Your Tasks
- Together with the department head, you are responsible for the leadership and organisation of the paediatric emergency department, as well as the implementation of holistic and family-oriented care.
- Promoting and supporting staff development is as natural to you as constructive, interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration.
- In addition to leadership duties, you actively participate in nursing care.
Your Profile
- You are an initiative-taking and communicative individual who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration.
- You are accustomed to working independently and find it easy to make decisions.
- As a basis, you bring at least two years of professional experience as a qualified nurse (KWS, DN II, HF preferably in paediatrics) and have further training in management or experience in leadership and organisational tasks.
