The company is an internationally active industrial and technology company focusing on the development, production, and sales of machine and plant solutions for demanding manufacturing processes. With high engineering competence, many years of experience, and innovative technologies, it supports customers worldwide in optimising production processes and implementing complex industrial applications.
Responsibilities:
You manage the entire employee life cycle and ensure professional personnel administration.
In this role, you are responsible for SAP payroll processing.
You coordinate time management in bridge4erp, support employees and apprentices, and assist with recruiting.
You prepare the necessary foundations for year-end closing, budgeting, and salary rounds.
You create meaningful reports and actively contribute to various HR projects.
Qualifications:
A further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate.
You have several years of professional experience in a similar role and are well versed in payroll.
Very good SAP and MS Office skills.
You communicate excellently in German and very well in English.
