Tasks
- Independent setup and operation of CNC lathes
- Programming and optimisation with Fanuc control
- Manufacture of single parts and small series according to drawings
- Independent quality and dimensional control
- Optimisation of manufacturing processes
- Maintenance and care of machines
Profile
- Training as a polymechanic or comparable technical training
- Several years of experience in CNC turning
- Good knowledge of CNC programming and setup
- Confident reading of technical drawings
- Good knowledge in handling measuring instruments
- Independent, precise and reliable working method
- Good knowledge of German
