Project Manager Sanitary Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 120,000Role:
As a Project Manager Sanitary Planning, you plan and realise demanding sanitary projects and independently accompany them from the initial project idea to successful execution. You work closely with clients, specialist planners and the project team to ensure a high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities:
Planning and realisation of exciting sanitary projects
Independent handling of medium to large projects
Creation of plans in all phases according to SIA 108, from preliminary project to execution, including specialist site management
Preparation of tender documents
Participation in internal and external project meetings
Qualifications:
Successfully completed training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in sanitary
Proven experience in planning and realising sanitary engineering systems
Very good knowledge of CAD, ideally with Plancal Nova or Autodesk Revit
Team-oriented, committed and motivated personality
Strong communication skills, resilient and flexible working style
Confident use of modern IT tools, especially MS Office
