Job Description
- This position is available at 60-100% capacity.
- You will independently handle the ongoing accounting including payment transactions, dunning and posting of current business transactions according to local Swiss law.
- You are responsible for reporting as well as the preparation and processing of evaluations in cooperation with the headquarters in Vienna.
- You support the preparation of the annual financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting and legal requirements.
- You act as the interface for accounting matters between the Swiss branch and the headquarters in Vienna.
- In your role, you serve as a competent contact person for external partners such as banks, tax consultants and authorities at home and abroad.
Qualifications
- You have completed a commercial basic education as well as further training in accounting/financial accounting.
- You already bring several years of professional experience in a similar position.
- A confident handling of MS Office as well as SAP is part of your professional routine.
- Your fluent language skills in German and English enable you to communicate professionally at all levels.
- Your analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers distinguish you. In addition, you demonstrate a structured and independent way of working.
- Your pronounced communication skills as well as your flexibility and resilience complete your profile.
