Caretaker 100% for Residential Properties

For our client, an established and reputable real estate company in the Basel region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an independent, customer-oriented, and skilled craftsman personality as a caretaker (100%).

Your Tasks

• Contact person on site for tenants, craftsmen, external cleaning staff, and the gardener
• Independent repairs and maintenance work in the apartments, vacant apartments, and common areas of the properties
• Commissioning and supervising external craftsmen to remedy repairs, damage cases, and regular maintenance work
• Assistance with apartment renovations and construction projects
• Monitoring all technical facilities and recognising damages
• Assistance with the rental process, attaching nameplates, and instructions to new tenants
• Independent rounds to monitor regulations and check the facilities
• Wiping outdoor areas, paths, squares, ramps, cellar entrances, cleaning drains, gutters, and collectors
• Clearing snow and salting
• Mowing lawns, trimming lawn edges, recognising and removing neophytes, cutting hedges, removing leaves
• Cleaning and maintenance of the assigned service vehicle

Your Profile

• Completed training as a caretaker with a federal diploma
• Independent, precise, solution-oriented, and cost-conscious working style
• High social competence, service orientation, and strong communication skills in dealing with tenants and partners
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes
• Valid driving licence category B
