About the job
Within a stimulating environment, you will actively contribute to the well-being and care pathway of patients presenting with mental disorders or psychological distress. Your role will rely as much on your clinical skills as on your human and interpersonal qualities.
Your main duties
- Provide nursing care adapted to the needs and clinical condition of each patient.
- Assess the mental and physical state of patients and ensure regular clinical monitoring.
- Establish a therapeutic relationship based on listening, respect, trust, and kindness.
- Observe and identify changes in behaviour or clinical condition to anticipate crisis situations.
- Administer prescribed treatments and ensure their monitoring and follow-up.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of observations and clinical progress.
- Work closely with doctors, psychologists, therapists, and other professionals to ensure coherent multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in clinical meetings, therapeutic projects, and continuing education activities.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and patient-centred care environment.
