Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to repair vehicles broken down on the road.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical or electronic problems of vehicles.
• Carry out minor repairs on site or arrange towing if necessary.
• Provide quality customer service and reassure drivers in stressful situations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Comply with safety standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written), other languages are an asset.
• Heavy goods vehicle licence required.
• Must live in the Nyon area.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Mechanic diploma preferred.
