Your Tasks
- Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and support within the key worker system
- Responsible for a contemporary nursing process
- Analysing complex care and support situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
- Contributing to the development of care quality and the residential group
- Working shifts in early, late and night duty
Your Profile
- Training at the level of Dipl. Nurse HF or FH is a prerequisite!
- High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience
- Goal-oriented, independent and service-oriented working style
- Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German
- Good PC user skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (preferably also RAI knowledge)
