Your tasks – our position
- You care for sick newborns and premature babies from the 32nd week of pregnancy, as well as children aged 0 to 16 years with paediatric illnesses or who have undergone paediatric surgical procedures
- You work with a family-centred approach and support parents in this particular situation
- You encourage good interdisciplinary collaboration
- You actively participate in the continuous change process
Your skills – our expectations
- You are a competent, responsible and flexible person, holding a specialised paediatric nursing diploma or you have experience in paediatrics / neonatology
- You enjoy caring for newborns, children and adolescents and involve the family in the care
- You are committed to providing professional care and also take on advisory tasks
- You possess high social and personal skills; patients and their families are your priority
- You communicate fluently in German or French (both spoken and written) and have good knowledge of the other language
