The company is an established Swiss pharmaceutical and healthcare company focusing on the distribution and marketing of high-quality medicines, health products and specialised solutions for medical professionals. With high expertise, many years of market experience and a strong customer orientation, it supports healthcare players in ensuring modern and reliable patient care.
Responsibilities:
You lead the Finance & Accounting team and are responsible for all finance-related activities.
You independently prepare financial reports as well as monthly and annual financial statements according to national and international standards.
You manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control and liquidity management.
You conduct cash flow analyses and derive relevant measures from them.
In addition, you continuously optimise financial processes and systems and act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
You have a business education with a focus on finance and accounting or a comparable qualification.
You bring sound experience in finance & accounting as well as ideally some leadership experience.
You are familiar with national and international accounting standards.
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
