This is what your daily routine looks like
- At the heart of it: You work on the medical qualitative further development of our specialist areas Inpatient, Care and Home Care in operational performance review and actively participate in audits, working groups and IT projects.
- You identify potential, develop concrete measures and present your results clearly to internal departments.
- The medical-professional and procedural support of our teams is your responsibility.
- By participating in specialist tests, you strengthen and further develop our processes.
- Together with internal interfaces, you ensure professional, timely and transparent communication.
What you bring with you
- First and foremost: You have a basic medical education and have further trained in business administration.
- Do you have solid experience in performance review in the specialist area of inpatient and care within a health insurance company? Then you are right with us.
- Analytical thinking comes easily to you, you enjoy working with numbers and data and prepare your findings clearly and understandably in presentations.
- You are IT-savvy, confident with common tools and also use data analysis or BI tools.
- You present content confidently, clearly and appropriately and skilfully use your German and French in everyday work.
- You work independently, tackle topics proactively and drive projects forward with drive.
