Your new tasks

• Independent handling of challenging and complex projects in the field of security systems
• You will be responsible for the technical, financial, and scheduling management of the project
• Taking over operational planning and organising material resources
• You will also coordinate collaboration with customers and various contacts
• Support the sales team with adjustments to quotes and maintenance schedules
• Development of processes and use cases as part of the conceptual and execution phases, as well as translation into the solution architecture
• As a specialist, you will be able to lead process and change management throughout the project cycle

Your talents and experience

• You have a specialised apprenticeship in the electrical field (electrician, IT, automation technician)
• Experience as a project manager and knowledge in the field of security systems (access control, video surveillance, and intrusion alarm systems)
• Experience in IT and network technology is desirable
• You have strong analytical skills and experience in developing individual solution concepts
• Negotiation skills, reliability, and an independent working style
• Good knowledge of German both spoken and written, oral knowledge of English is an advantage
• Residence in the canton of Ticino
