Our client is a leading international company operating in a specialized technical construction sector.
Description
Key reponsabilities:

- Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders and project teams, providing practical guidance on contractual and commercial matters.
- Support the execution of large-scale projects by advising on legal risk, stakeholder obligations, and contractual commitments.
- Review and structure a variety of business arrangements involving clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex legal issues arising during project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Profile
Successful candidate:
- Master's degree in Law (Swiss qualification or equivalent); bar admission is considered an asset.
- Several years of experience as an in-house counsel or legal counsel within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and project-related legal issues.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
