What to expect

In this role, you ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers daily and support our insurance and pension advisors.

What you will achieve with us

The core of your job is daily customer contact. You advise our customers by phone, email, and at reception, and assist in the care and support of our apprentices.

With your organisational skills and flair for administrative tasks, you prepare quotes, process applications, and coordinate appointments. Together with our insurance and pension advisors, you set the course for the smooth handling of customer business. Together, we go the extra mile for our loyal customers. 

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• Completed training as an "Insurance Intermediary VBV" or willingness to do so
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as close teamwork
• Helpfulness and enthusiasm for customers are your passion
• Independent, reliable working style
• Authentic, engaging and empathetic personality
• Fluent German skills, knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Your workplace is Reinach AG, the workload is 100%, and the position starts on 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
