YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for smooth and efficient order processing
• Recording customer orders and ensuring timely processing
• Maintaining the customer database
• Recording supplier orders and material disposition
• Handling customer concerns as well as field service requests
• Processing complaints
• Participating in improvement processes
• Handling returns including issuing credit notes
• Processing creditor invoices in the Medius programme
• Responsible for reception at the Volketswil site
• Ordering and managing office and consumable materials
• Deputising coordination of our weber academy (Training Centre)

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed commercial or technical training with further commercial education
• Customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting is a matter of course for you
• You are a decisive personality and gladly take on responsibility
• You enjoy working in a team and remain calm under high pressure
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite and SAP
• Process understanding and networked thinking are among your strengths
