Nurse Specialist Visceral and Transplantation Ward 60-100%

What are your main tasks?
- the focus is on comprehensive care of patients after visceral surgical procedures as well as before and after organ transplants
- you support the patient process in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment
- you implement training concepts with a focus on promoting self-management practically
- you work in shifts and share responsibility for nursing quality and the working atmosphere in the department
What do you bring?
- you are already a qualified nurse, ideally with 1-2 years of professional experience
- you enjoy working in a complex and demanding specialist field and feel comfortable in rapidly changing situations
- you work independently and with self-reflection
- you want to develop professionally and personally
- you enjoy collaborating in an enthusiastic team
