Your Tasks
- The conscientious preparation and careful follow-up of the operating theatres are your responsibility to ensure a smooth process.
- During surgical procedures, you actively support the operating team and apply your sound expertise purposefully for a successful operation.
- You ensure comprehensive care throughout the entire treatment process by actively participating in diagnostic and therapeutic measures as well as continuously monitoring vital signs.
- You contribute significantly to efficient and high-quality processes in the operating theatre through your committed efforts.
- Together with an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nursing staff, anaesthetists and other specialists, you ensure optimal and patient-oriented care.
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed training as a Surgical Technician Assistant, specialist in surgical technology or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK (at least PreCheck) forms the basis of your professional suitability.
- Team orientation characterises your profile as much as the ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility in everyday professional life.
- With high flexibility and pronounced organisational talent, you structure workflows effectively and develop them independently.
