Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Architect / Project Manager for the independent handling and management of demanding building construction projects. You will take responsibility for project design, planning and project coordination and lead your projects in close coordination with clients, specialist planners, authorities and contractors. A particular focus is on technically demanding construction tasks, with experience in industrial or infrastructure construction being especially welcome. The position offers a high degree of personal responsibility and enables holistic project support within a manageable planning environment.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of demanding architecture and building construction projects across several planning phases
Responsibility for project design, construction project and execution planning as well as coordination of the corresponding planning services
Development and elaboration of architectural, structural and functional solutions
Creation and coordination of project, working, detail and execution plans, ideally with Archicad
Management and coordination of specialist planners, specialists and other external project participants
Direct coordination with clients and authorities as well as support of approval and decision-making processes
Ensuring planning quality, deadlines and costs within the projects managed
Coordination of technical interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and execution
Handling demanding construction, materialisation and detailing issues
Support during the realisation phase as well as assistance with technical clarifications and planning adjustments during execution
Application of relevant SIA standards, building regulations and Swiss planning standards
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH/ETH or a comparable recognised higher education qualification
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland as well as practical experience in project management
Sound knowledge in project design, execution planning and project coordination
Experience in industrial or infrastructure construction is an advantage
Good user knowledge of Archicad or comparable CAD/BIM software is an advantage
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss planning and approval processes
Very good German language skills spoken and written
