About the job

For our client in the Basel area, we are looking to strengthen the team with dipl. nursing specialists HF/FH as well as health specialists EFZ for a temporary assignment in an interdisciplinary department.

You can expect a varied working day with patients from different specialist areas. You will work closely with an interprofessional team and contribute your expertise where it is needed.

Your Tasks

Your tasks as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
Responsibility for the professional and individual care of patients
Management and evaluation of the nursing process
Implementation of treatment nursing and medical-technical measures
Recognising changes and initiating appropriate measures
Close cooperation with doctors, therapists and other professional groups
Ensuring complete nursing documentation
Your tasks as Health Specialist
Participation in the professional care and support of patients
Carrying out nursing and medical-technical activities within your own area of competence
Support in everyday activities and mobilisation
Observation of the health status and communication of relevant changes
Documentation of the nursing services provided
Interprofessional collaboration in the ward routine

Our Requirements

Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Health Specialist EFZ
Experience in the acute sector
Responsible and independent working style
Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic hospital environment
Very good knowledge of German
Willingness to work shifts, nights and weekends
