As a competence centre for the elderly, we offer a comprehensive range of services in our new building that adapt to the individual life situations and needs of residents and patients. Thanks to our highly qualified staff and the innovative building with state-of-the-art technology, we are one of the leading institutions in the region.

Together with a motivated team of around 35 people, you will face exciting challenges as a member of the middle management with plenty of scope for design and participation. You will take on a variety of leadership tasks and commit yourself to competent and high-quality care and support in a residential group with 45 residents. You will exemplify interdisciplinary collaboration and make an active contribution to the further development of the care and support sector. In your daily tasks, you will find a suitable mix of administrative work, care, advisory and support duties. You will be actively supported by your deputy team leader.
Your exciting field of activity essentially includes:
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the care team
- Promotion of future-oriented personnel and team development
- Ensuring holistic, resident-centred care and support
- Management and quality assurance of the care process
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the residential group
- Contact person for residents and their relatives
- Participation in the systematic assessment of care needs according to interRAI LTCF
- Commitment and participation as a topic leader in specific specialist groups
What distinguishes you:
- Diploma in nursing HF or FH as well as professional experience in the long-term care sector
- Leadership experience or willingness to undertake leadership training
- High professional, personal and social skills, combined with a positive attitude to work and openness to new challenges
- Planning and organisational skills as well as enthusiasm for innovation
- Commitment to team-oriented and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Appreciative communication and presentation skills
