About the job
What is my role?
As a Construction Manager Building Construction, you are the central interface between the construction site and the office. You coordinate and supervise all work on the construction site, ensure a smooth construction process, and keep an eye on deadlines and costs. Your tasks include:
Control and coordination of all trades on the construction site
Monitoring quality, deadlines and costs
Leadership and guidance of the construction teams
Communication with architects, authorities and subcontractors
Preparation of construction diaries and documentation
Conducting construction meetings
Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with all regulations
What do I need to be successful?
Completed training as a construction technician, civil engineer or master builder in building construction
Several years of professional experience in construction site management in building construction
Sound knowledge of the VOB and relevant standards
Confident handling of MS Office and ideally AVA software
Assertiveness and organisational talent
Teamwork and communication skills
Driving licence class B
