Administration Employee (m/f/d) 80-100 %
Your Tasks
- Patient management: Friendly reception at the counter as well as written and telephone appointment coordination and planning
- Information hub: Proactive information for patients about examination preparations and sending of documents
- Organisation: Preparing patient records, maintaining the digital patient file and bed reservations for interventions
- Collaboration: Close contact with referring doctors, close cooperation within the radiology team and support of the radiology secretariat
Your Profile
- Basic medical training and/or additional training as a hospital and medical secretary
- Flexibility combined with willingness to work shifts within the timeframe of approx. 6:30 am to 6:30 pm (operation Monday to Friday)
- Team spirit, social and communication skills
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Structured, independent working style and quick comprehension
- Confident German in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are a plus
