For our client, a globally active healthcare company specialising in women's health with operations in more than 60 countries, we are looking for a Senior Controlling & Reporting Specialist (m/f/d). The company stands out for its broad portfolio of established medicines and biosimilars and its strong, long-standing commitment to advancing health solutions for women worldwide.

Your tasks

• Own month-end closing for assigned legal entities, ensuring accurate Swiss GAAP FER and tax-related ledger adjustments
• Prepare financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, Swiss GAAP and Swiss GAAP FER, and act as main contact for Swiss GAAP FER audits
• Coordinate audit documentation and liaise with external auditors to meet tight reporting deadlines
• Drive legal entity integration projects and support the accounting setup for new business activities
• Collaborate closely with the Tax team on recurring tax matters and ledger adjustments
• Manage the orderly wind-down of an international inventory hub in Latin America
• Safeguard a robust internal control environment through local control procedures aligned with corporate standards
• Act as a trusted partner for cross-functional finance teams, driving continuous process improvements

Your profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting (Bachelor's or Master's) plus at least ten years of experience in accounting or finance within a corporate environment
• A qualification as Chartered Accountant is an advantage
• Sound expertise in financial reporting and accounting standards, paired with strong analytical skills
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Confident, solution-oriented personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Flexible, resilient mindset with the willingness to take on new projects at short notice
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel skills is a plus
• High ethical standards and a reliable, stakeholder-focused way of working
