- Technical and operational management of the assigned assembly personnel
- Participation in the assembly and commissioning of technical systems
- Support with maintenance and repair work on site
- Monitoring and documentation of assembly, revision, and repair work
- Ensuring smooth collaboration with internal specialist departments, customers, and suppliers
- Representing the company towards customers and external partners
- Compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety requirements
- Experience as chief assembler or assembly manager in plant or mechanical engineering
- Leadership experience as well as good organisational and coordination skills
- High willingness to travel for assignments within Switzerland
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B
- Residence in Switzerland is preferred

Responsibilities

Profile
- Completed technical basic training, polymechanic EFZ, automotive mechatronics technician EFZ, draftsman EFZ, automation technician EFZ or similar- Experience as chief assembler or assembly manager in plant or mechanical engineering
- Leadership experience as well as good organisational and coordination skills
- High willingness to travel for assignments within Switzerland
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B
- Residence in Switzerland is preferred
