Automation Technician in Control Cabinet Construction (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Assembly and wiring of control cabinets and controls according to electrical schematics
Installation of components such as PLCs, relays, fuses, terminal blocks, etc.
Conducting electrical tests (e.g. insulation, continuity, and functional tests)
Independent work according to plans and parts lists
Assistance in optimising assembly processes and workflows
Collaboration with electrical design and PLC programmers on special projects
(Optional: Participation in commissioning or service assignments)
Qualifications:
Completed training as an automation technician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in control cabinet and control system construction
Confident reading and implementation of electrical schematics (e.g. EPLAN)
Careful, precise, and structured working style
High quality awareness and sense of responsibility
Teamwork skills and flexibility
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
