Monitoring, maintenance and further development of all Salesforce interfaces for smooth data exchange
Analysis and optimisation of the Salesforce data model according to new requirements
Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Execution of advanced administration tasks: configuration, user and permission management
Coordination and control of external implementation partners, ensuring internal standards
Implementation of minor to medium enhancements, automations and data cleansing
Ensuring high data quality, system stability and performance
Maintenance of technical and functional documentation as well as operational documents
Qualifications:
Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable
Solid experience in Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
Knowledge of Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, data modelling and security concepts
Experience with APIs/integrations (REST/SOAP)
Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator) advantageous
Fluent in German and English
