• Competent care and support of residents / patients

• Support in daily life, promotion of independence and accompaniment in challenging situations

• Close collaboration with the nursing team and other professional groups

• Taking on administrative tasks as well as seamless documentation

• Contributing to a positive, appreciative team culture

Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

• Enjoyment in working with people and an empathetic attitude

• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and good communication skills

• Willingness to get involved and think along in daily routines

• Humour and resilience are naturally also essential
