Role:
Are you technically skilled, enjoy finding solutions for complex faults, and appreciate direct customer contact? In this role, you will ensure reliable systems with your expertise, optimise existing systems, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out troubleshooting assignments and systematic fault rectification
Expansion, optimisation, and renewal of existing systems
Developing creative solutions within a team or independently
Technical support and advice for customers
Building long-term customer relationships through professional service and convincing communication
Qualifications:
Technical basic training as Automation Technician EFZ or equivalent
Practical experience in robot programming, ideally with KUKA, FANUC or Stäubli
Knowledge of PLC systems such as Siemens or CODESYS
Independent working style and strong communication skills
Enjoyment of high-quality customer service
Committed, humorous, and goal-oriented personality
Driving licence category B
