Customer Service Clerk
Tasks
- Processing written customer enquiries in German, French, Italian and English
- Recording, categorising and monitoring orders
- Close cooperation with various areas of Quality Management
- Coordination and alignment with internal interfaces
- Recording customer contacts and maintaining the CRM system
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed basic training in retail, further training in commercial fields an advantage
- Professional experience in complaints management, customer service (1st and 2nd level) or in a contact centre environment advantageous, industry knowledge desired
- Good PC user skills, especially in MS Office; SAP knowledge an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French or Italian skills an advantage
- Precise, independent and reliable working style as well as resilient, flexible and communicative personality with strong customer orientation
