Project Manager Refrigeration Technology Bern (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Role:
In this role, you manage demanding refrigeration projects from planning to successful commissioning, ensuring that all trades mesh perfectly. You are responsible for coordinating construction site processes, monitoring deadlines, quality and costs, and ensuring compliance with all technical and safety-related requirements. You lead the involved installation teams, coordinate external partners and make operational decisions directly on site. You analyse technical challenges, develop pragmatic solutions and document project progress in a structured manner. With your experience in refrigeration system construction, you contribute significantly to implementing projects efficiently, economically and at a high technical level.
Responsibilities:
Management of projects in the field of refrigeration technology from planning to commissioning
Responsibility for project planning, costs, deadlines and quality
Creation and review of technical concepts, execution documents and tenders
Coordination of customers, specialist planners, suppliers and installation teams
Support during installation, commissioning and technical acceptance
Conducting project controlling, change management and project documentation
Ensuring compliance with standards, energy and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Completed training as a refrigeration system installer EFZ, refrigeration system planner EFZ or further education HF/FH in building technology
Several years of professional experience in refrigeration technology and project management
Knowledge of CO?-, NH?- or HFC refrigeration systems
Experience in project management as well as with industry-specific planning software
Very good German language skills
