About our client:
Our partner client is a recognised player in the construction sector. With a century of existence, the company has built a solid reputation in masonry and civil engineering. Loyal to its customers, it operates from the Vaud Chablais region to the gates of Lausanne, passing through Veveyse.
As part of its development, we are looking for a foreman? team leader to join their teams.
Your responsibilities:
As the guarantor of the proper execution of construction sites, your tasks will include:
Organisation and supervision: Manage transformation, renovation and structural work.
Management: Supervise and motivate teams on site (masons, assistant masons, crane operators, apprentices).
Technical management: Ensure plan reading, layout, material order management and strict control of work compliance.
Safety: Ensure strict compliance with SUVA standards and safety rules on site.
Administration: Monitor daily reports and coordinate activities with management and the site manager.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- You hold a foreman or team leader certificate (or considered equivalent).
- You have excellent technical skills in structural work.
- You demonstrate a strong ability to manage unforeseen events and maintain a positive and productive team dynamic.
- You hold a driving licence.
