- Independent analysis of malfunctions and efficient troubleshooting
- Technical contact person for customers regarding questions, problems, and optimisation topics
- Identification and implementation of improvement potentials on existing systems
- Execution of calibrations as well as smaller projects
- Participation in on-call duty
- Further training as an electrical engineer or systems technician HF is a great advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
- Solution-oriented and independent working style
- Experience with IT tools (e.g. E-Plan, MS Office or comparable systems)
- Very good German or French skills with good knowledge of the other language as well as English skills
- Residence in Switzerland or near the border

Profile
- Basic technical training as an automation technician, electromechanic, or electronics technician EFZ- Further training as an electrical engineer or systems technician HF is a great advantage
