Metrology Technician / Quality Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independently performing precise 3D and optical measurements

• Operating and programming the Werth 3D/optical measuring machine

• Measuring and inspecting workpieces based on technical drawings and inspection plans

• Creating, evaluating and documenting measurement protocols

• Assessing measurement results and recognising deviations

• Supporting initial sample, intermediate and final inspections

• Close collaboration with production and the team leader

• Supporting quality issues and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

• During lower workloads in metrology: active support at the CNC machines

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training, ideally as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic or comparable

• Professional experience in metrology or quality assurance

• Experience with 3D measuring machines and/or optical metrology, ideally with Werth

• Good knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings and tolerances

• Confident handling of various measuring instruments

• Ideally experience in the CNC field

• Very precise, independent and reliable working style

• Strong quality awareness and technical understanding

• Team player, flexible and willing to assist in production if required

• Good German language skills
