Customer Service Specialist DE/FR

For a renowned, internationally established trading company in the Burgdorf region, we are looking for immediate or agreed reinforcement for the dynamic customer service team. Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) DE/FR – Bern area (80–100%)

Main Tasks

• Telephone and written customer support in German and French

• Efficient recording, processing, and handling of product orders

• Providing information on prices, delivery times, availability, and webshop inquiries

• Handling complaints, returns, and issuing credit notes

• Reliable maintenance of customer and master data in the CRM/ERP system

• Close interface work with field sales, product management, and logistics

• Commercial basic training, training as a TPA or comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in customer service or internal sales is an advantage

• Fluent German and very good French skills (at least C1 level)

• Strong affinity for animals and the animal health industry

• Proficient use of MS Office and modern IT systems (e.g. Navision, Salesforce)

• Independent, precise working style as well as strong team spirit and reliability

• Attractive salary (from CHF 5,000 gross/month at 100%)
