Senior Property Manager Owner Side (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Administration and Management: Responsibility for the comprehensive administration and management of commercial properties on the owner side
- Tenant Support: Contact person for tenants in all matters of property management
- Lease Agreements: Preparation, review and management of lease agreements and tenant accounts
- Maintenance Management: Coordination and supervision of maintenance, repair and renovation work
- Budgeting and Controlling: Preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial plans and annual accounts
- Billing: Preparation and control of service charge statements
- Viewings: Conducting viewings as well as handovers and acceptance of commercial premises
- Reporting: Preparation of reports and analyses on the performance of the properties
- Project Management: Support in the development and implementation of real estate projects
Qualifications:
- Further training in property management or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties, preferably on the owner side
- Sound knowledge of tenancy law, property law and property management
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally common property management software
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
