What to expect

• Independent management of projects in substation construction from planning to realisation is your responsibility.
• Renovations, conversions, extensions, and repurposings are holistically and interdisciplinarily coordinated, planned, and realised by you.
• You independently create and process project, execution, and detail plans with CAD and ensure their technical accuracy, compliance with standards, and feasibility.
• You confidently manage deadlines, costs, and quality and make decisions with foresight.
• You ensure the targeted and efficient coordination of contractors, specialist planners, and authorities.
• You confidently represent the client’s interests and create clear conditions within the project.
• In the absence of the Head of Construction Management, you take responsibility and ensure operational capability.

What you bring

• You have training as a HF Technician in Construction Planning Architecture or as a draughtsperson EFZ (Architecture) with several years of practical experience in construction management.
• In construction management, you act confidently in the role of project and site manager, make decisions, and take responsibility.
• You are characterised by a joy of variety and maintain an overview even with demanding projects and technically and planning-wise challenging issues.
• You are proficient in using CAD, ideally AutoCAD.
• A structured, independent working style and a high standard of quality are natural to you.
• Clear and confident communication in German is one of your strengths.
