Role:
In this role, you actively shape the digital collaboration of customers and ensure a stable, secure, and future-proof Microsoft 365 environment. You take responsibility for the operation and further development of collaboration solutions with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and EntraID. You analyse and optimise existing environments, develop suitable concepts, and implement them technically with precision. You are also responsible for implementing security and compliance requirements and ensuring reliable, professional operation. Through your expertise, you significantly contribute to continuously improving modern collaboration platforms and profitably deploying new functions.
Responsibilities:
You successfully implement modern Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions with Teams and SharePoint Online from analysis to implementation
Together with customers, you design Microsoft 365 environments including information architecture, permissions, and governance
In SharePoint migrations, you reliably transfer content, structures, and permissions into the Microsoft 365 environment
You accompany Exchange Online projects from migration and configuration to operation and further development
With your know-how, you realise Teams telephony projects and support customers as well as internal teams in projects and managed services
Qualifications:
A completed IT education or further training (HF, FH or equivalent) forms your professional foundation
You have at least 5 years of practical experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have independently accompanied projects from conception to implementation
Your strengths include Teams telephony, governance, permission concepts, collaboration structures, and lifecycle management
Ideally, you are also familiar with the Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI
You have excellent written and spoken German skills
