What you achieve
- Your main tasks include insurance medical assessments based on case files or within the scope of examinations, including military insurance.
- You answer questions regarding causality, work ability, reasonableness and integrity compensation.
- With your expertise, you ensure the insurance medical advice of employees in claims management.
- You can expect a collegial collaboration with the opportunity to contribute in an interdisciplinary team.
- You benefit from comprehensive training, further education and advanced training in insurance medical topics as well as flexible working hours.
- You have the possibility to perform part of the work at another Suva location or from home office.
What you bring
- You have completed training as a specialist in psychiatry.
- You can formulate medical matters precisely, understandably and tailored to the target group.
- You are willing to engage intensively with insurance medical principles and processes.
- Your German skills are at native level (written and spoken). Knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage.
- Besides flexibility, you are also characterised by reliability and a high sense of responsibility.
- You are proficient in working with computers and open to changes in the digital environment.
