The Role

We are seeking an experienced technical salesperson with a strong focus on acquiring new customers and partners in the long-term care sector. Your area of responsibility includes the cantons of Bern (BE), Solothurn (SO), Lucerne (LU), Basel-Landschaft (BL), Basel-Stadt (BS), Aargau (AG), Obwalden (OW), and Nidwalden (NW).
Responsibilities
- Active acquisition: You identify potential customers and partners in the long-term care sector and successfully integrate them into our network.
- Consulting and sales: You develop customized solutions, create convincing offers, conduct presentations, and lead training sessions and seminars.
- Networking: You represent our company at trade fairs and networking events.
- Market observation: You work closely with the marketing team to analyze market developments and secure competitive advantages.
- Customer satisfaction: You ensure first-class customer service and support your customers throughout the entire sales process.
Skills
- Sales talent: You have several years of proven experience in sales, especially in cold calling.
- Closing strength: You are strongly focused on successfully closing sales negotiations.
- Technical know-how: You have training as an electrician, electronics technician, IT specialist, electrical planner, or an equivalent qualification.
- Language skills: Native German; French skills are a great advantage, English is an additional plus.
- Excellent communication: You tailor your communication to the target audience and are characterized by strong customer orientation.
- Independence: You plan and organize your sales activities effectively and work independently.
- Network: An existing network in the long-term care sector is an advantage.
Responsibilities
