IT Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You take on the ordering, installation and support of end devices such as PCs, thin clients, printers and telephony
You provide IT support on-site and remotely via hotline and ticket system, including fault qualification
You are also responsible for user and rights management in the Active Directory and maintain documentation and processes
IT workplace relocations, inventory management and knowledge transfer are also part of your tasks
Qualifications:
You have an IT apprenticeship (EFZ) or at least 3 years of experience in IT support
In direct user support you are service-oriented, reliable, solution-focused and resilient
As a team player you bring commitment and flexibility for regional assignments (driving licence category B)
You have very good German skills, English and ideally a second national language
