Experienced Property Manager - Investor Side (M/F)
Our client is a major player in the Swiss real estate market, specialising in land development, promotion, project realisation, and asset management. They operate on residential and commercial projects nationwide.
As part of a newly created position, they have mandated us to recruit their future Experienced Property Manager.
Responsibilities
Your main duties will be as follows:
- Autonomous management of a mixed portfolio.
- Complete oversight of the relocation process and associated administrative procedures.
- Preparation and monitoring of the property budget, reporting, and forecasting.
- Management of service charge statements, invoice control, rent collection, and follow-up on recovery measures.
- Supervision of property maintenance (in coordination with the Technical team): assessment of condition, planning of works, and preservation of value within budget.
- Representation of the owner towards tenants, authorities, and service providers.
Candidate Profile
- Federal Certificate of Property Manager or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Property Manager in Switzerland MANDATORY. Experience as a Group Leader would be ideal.
- Very good knowledge of tenancy law.
- Ability to work in a team, enjoying contact with people (customer orientation and communication skills), good negotiation skills, analytical mind, good stress management, and numerical proficiency.
- Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of German is an asset.
