- You handle telephone enquiries regarding occupational pension schemes, life, accident and daily sickness benefits insurance and process them with a solution-oriented approach
- You respond to customer enquiries by email as well as via digital channels such as WhatsApp and iMessage
- You professionally forward consultation and quotation requests and handle complaints in a solution-oriented manner. You contribute to the continuous optimisation of our processes – with the aim of steadily increasing customer satisfaction
- You work closely with other departments to handle matters efficiently and holistically
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold an equivalent qualification
- You bring professional experience in the social insurance sector (knowledge of occupational pension schemes is an advantage)
- You communicate confidently in German and have very good French or Italian skills in spoken and written form
- You enjoy working with digital tools and are proficient in using MS Office products
- You work in a structured manner, quickly recognise connections and approach tasks proactively
- You are a team player, resilient and have a strong customer and service orientation
