In this versatile position, you will advise customers on smartphones, mobile solutions, and accessories. At the same time, you will ensure a professional store appearance and support the team with daily operations.

Your Tasks

• Competent and needs-based advice on smartphones, mobile subscriptions, accessories, and digital services
• Receipt and solution-oriented handling of service and repair requests
• Support customers with technical concerns and the use of digital products
• Active contribution to a customer-friendly and appealing store experience
• Support in inventory management, stock control, and stocktaking
• Assumption of various administrative tasks in daily business
• Close cooperation with the store team and support in achieving joint sales targets
• Flexible deployment at various locations within the region

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in telecommunications, electronics, or multimedia environment
• Enthusiasm for smartphones, digital technologies, and current trends
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as pronounced sales and advisory skills
• Communicative, friendly, and confident personality
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness and flexibility for assignments at different locations
