Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

For a successful trading company in the Bern region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) with a workload of 80-100%.

Main tasks:

• Independent handling of procurement processes

• Conducting price and condition negotiations

• Monitoring delivery deadlines and stocks

• Maintenance and expansion of international supplier relationships

• Interface work with sales, warehouse and finance

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training with further education in purchasing (e.g. purchasing specialist)

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role

• Business fluent German and very good English skills (French an advantage)

• Strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking

• Confident handling of ERP software and Excel
