All its products are delivered to the sales outlets of the BISA group but also to supermarkets and food distribution chains, retailers and communities, hotels and restaurants present in various Swiss cantons.

Deputy Manager

We are looking for: 1 Deputy Sales Point Manager in Fribourg

Responsibilities:

• Operational management: customer reception, product sales, turnover and efficiency development
• Administrative management: monitoring receipts, ratios, order and stock management…
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and current professional regulations: hygiene, safety, work
• Maintaining relations with support services at headquarters

Profile sought:

• More than 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Training, diploma in catering or bakery
• Knowledge of collective agreement (an advantage)
