"Police Région Morges" carries out general police duties in the areas of Morges, Saint-Prex, Préverenges, Tolochenaz, Buchillon and Lussy-sur-Morges.

To complete the staff of the "reception and engagement support" unit, we are looking, for 1 February 2027, or at a later date to be agreed, for a positive, motivated and dynamic person to meet the challenges of a modern community police force.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the deployment of patrols under the leadership of the unit chief and collaborate with other dispatch centres.
• Master all computer systems related to the dispatch centre and provide technical support to the various operational entities.
• Manage video surveillance related to detainees and infrastructure.
• Handle alarms specific to our infrastructure.
• Ensure telephone reception at the Police Headquarters.
• Process routine requests and ensure their administrative follow-up.

We are looking for:

• Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training; higher education is an asset.
• Ideally experience in a similar position.
• Strong interest in the activities of a local urban police force.
• Versatility and ability to adapt quickly.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and computer work.
• High stress resistance, precision and rigour.
• Good interpersonal skills and a sense of public service.
• Swiss or C Permit holder, resident in Switzerland.
