Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Professional and personnel management of approx. 25 employees including responsibility for planning, coordination and organisation of the department
• Operational involvement in nursing
• Ensuring qualitatively and quantitatively appropriate nursing care
• Assisting in the further development of collaboration with other specialist areas through interprofessional and cross-departmental thinking and action
• Shaping an active and positive team and clinic culture

What You Bring to This Position

• Qualified nurse HF/FH with acute geriatrics experience in Switzerland
• Leadership experience and completed leadership training
• Innovative, appreciative, cooperative and empathetic personality
• Enjoy working independently and shaping change
• High organisational and communication skills, sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
